Support clients with psychiatric, psychosocial, or intellectual disabilities by stimulating independent ADL activities, shopping, and leisure pursuits while performing household tasks like cleaning and organizing. Actively assist elderly clients with dementia and coordinate practical duties from home care, neighborhood nursing, and case managers to ensure smooth collaboration. Manage administrative reporting for progress tracking within the ECD system. Work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during daytime with Fridays as a fixed day, requiring a car and valid license for coverage across the service area.
