Receive customer payment notifications, verify and reconcile payments against invoices, and prepare monthly reconciliation statements. Record expenses, process third-party payments, and assign tax codes within two working days of document validation. Reconcile bank and accounting systems by WD+1 and submit payment plans for review. Complete AP journal entries and month-end reconciliation files by WD+1 and WD+3 respectively. Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure all payments are booked and applied to invoices within the same period.
