Conduct weekly site inspections at Transitional Living Properties to verify resident compliance with House Rules and Extended Supervision terms, including property limits, household maintenance, lawn care, and contraband policies. Verify adequate supply stocking and ensure residents receive three meals daily. Create electronic reports and complete daily logs documenting check times, face-to-face contact, and resident interactions. File incident reports for rule violations and record consequences, suicide watch issues, and substance abuse histories in communication logs. Collect and secure property for residents discharged within 24 hours. Meet with the Program Director via phone, video, or in-person to report on ongoing operations and assist in comprehensive community supervision.
