Licensed Clinical Therapist needed to join Thrive Counseling Center. Responsibilities include delivering direct clinical counseling services, applying evidence-based, theory-driven therapy with strong case conceptualization, coordinating with treatment teams (PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.), maintaining strict confidentiality and ethics, responding promptly to client communications, completing timely records and reports, and conducting counseling to uphold the practice's reputation. Applicants should anticipate a flexible schedule (3-5 days/week, including at least one weekend day or evenings) and a minimum average of 80+ client-hours per month (roughly 20 sessions/week). Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work, an active WA license (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC), at least 3 years of related experience, residency in Washington or plans to relocate there, and no license history issues.
