Job Summary
Provide holistic case management to facilitate employment, housing stability, and access to services for THRIVE participants; manage an active caseload, perform data entry and prepare semi-annual reports; develop and implement participant recruitment, screening, intake, stabilization plans, and orientation; deliver reference and information services, referrals, and post-employment support; coordinate with employers, landlords/property managers, and THRIVE partners; deliver career development interventions (Get Onboard!, job seeking support, retention support, barrier resolution); advocate for participants and maintain comprehensive records and progress reports; contribute to program evaluation, proposals, and funding efforts; maintain professional communications and collaboration across teams and community resources.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diploma and two years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must possess a clean driving record and provide own transportation
