Job Summary
Coordinate staff to manage daily store upkeep, stock shelves, and process donations by sorting, pricing, and discarding items. Assist customers, run cash registers, and handle phone inquiries while directing hospice service referrals. Lead shifts independently, review associate processing decisions, and manage seasonal product holds and merchandising for Gift Tree. Address floor concerns, maintain clean workstations, and load/unload furniture and donations. Work assigned schedules including weekends and holidays, with flexibility for extra shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of retail experience or comparable work experience
- Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) system including the opening and closing of the stores daily sales and daily bank deposits
