Job Summary
Coordinate staff to manage daily store upkeep, stock shelves, and process donations by sorting, pricing, and discarding items. Assist customers, run the cash register, and handle phone inquiries while directing hospice service inquiries to personnel. Process books, manage seasonal product holds, and stock the floor to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays across multiple locations, loading/unloading furniture, and maintaining clean workstations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of retail experience or comparable work experience
- Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) system including the opening and closing of the stores daily sales and daily bank deposits
