Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Lead and supervise your own team by coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals. Drive marketing and social media efforts to build awareness for store promotions and community events. Ensure exceptional customer service, positive donor interactions, and smooth volunteer experiences. Support the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management. Consistent full-time schedule Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:30 PM; closed Sundays and major holidays. Requires 1+ year retail sales experience, leadership skills, and ability to perform physical tasks. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
