Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing by merchandising donated goods to ensure every corner stays fresh and shoppable. In the backroom, sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately, then organize and tag items to prepare them for the floor. Maintain efficient backroom operations so the sales floor never runs dry. Depending on the position, a pre-hire physical may be requested as part of onboarding.
