Job Summary
Unload and sort donated furniture, clothing, and household items. Lift and move bags of clothing weighing up to 50 pounds consistently. Assist with organizing and stocking merchandise throughout the store while performing general janitorial duties including dusting, cleaning windows, and vacuuming. Maintain overall store cleanliness and organize storage sheds and backroom areas to ensure donated items and inventory are stored safely and efficiently. Support other store operations as needed. Work 4 days per week, including Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with an opportunity for a wage increase after 60-90 days based on performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
- Schedule: 4 days per week, including Saturdays (required)
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday availability is required
