Thrift Shoppe & Volunteer Manager

Supervise store associates and volunteers while managing store presentation, merchandising, inventory rotation, sales, and administration. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through health, safety, and security oversight. Handle store administration tasks and drive profitability across all operational areas. This hands-on role requires flexibility for non-operating hours, holidays, and restocking days. Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
