Open, close, and ensure the thrift shop operates properly during regularly scheduled hours, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Greet all customers with a friendly and polite demeanor, provide assistance regarding merchandise, and thank each customer as they leave. Maintain accurate receipts of all sales and donations, ensuring daily deposits are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Assist the manager in keeping the shop, offices, and bathrooms clean and safe, rotating on a regular schedule. Work closely with volunteers to guide them through shop procedures, office protocols, and safety precautions.
