Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pain clinic services including joint injections for an average of 18 patients daily. Manage a three-day work week schedule, typically Monday through Tuesday, with hours running from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Current providers work four to five days monthly; days remain negotiable. This employed, part-time Advanced Practice Provider role strengthens the Lifepoint Health team in Galax, Virginia, serving a rural population of 60,000 within a 100-mile radius. Required Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Provider
- Current provider 4-5 days a month in office
- Joint Injections common for day-to-day
- Average 18 patients/day
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Prefer at least Monday and Tuesday when provider is in office
