Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor and analyze cyber threat intelligence feeds, indicators of compromise, and tactics, techniques, and procedures to produce actionable advisories and situational awareness reports. Conduct vulnerability assessments across servers, endpoints, cloud environments, and applications, then coordinate penetration testing and validate remediation actions within agreed timelines. Support compliance with regulatory frameworks including CBN Cybersecurity Framework, NDPC, and PCI DSS by performing risk assessments, maintaining registers, and assisting in internal and external audits. Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, and Engineering teams during investigations, develop cybersecurity metrics dashboards, and provide periodic reports on threat exposure and compliance posture. This contract role supports governance initiatives and security advisory for projects within Duplo's fintech platform in Lagos.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and GRC
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, SIEM tools, cloud security fundamentals, security governance, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to analyze security risks, solve problems, communicate effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and continuous learning
- Excellent analytical thinking/problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security+, CySA+, CTIA, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, COBIT 2019 Foundation, or CGRC
- Experience within banking, fintech, telecommunications, or highly regulated industries
