Job Summary
Threat Intelligence Analyst in the KnowBe4 Threat Research Lab responsible for deploying and configuring security products (endpoint, email, web, and network protection), analyzing threat trends across regions and industries, investigating phishing campaigns and vulnerabilities, performing malware analysis, and contributing to external Threat Labs content. The role requires scripting in Python for automations, familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and offensive/defense techniques, triage of alerts from the KnowBe4 email platform, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. BS with 3 years or MS with 1 year are required, along with experience in IOCs, phishing analysis, and public speaking.
Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience
- MS or equivalent plus 1 year experience
- Well versed with IOCs, reverse engineering and threat campaign tracking
- Experience in malicious URL and phishing Email analysis
- Script enabled for scripting automations (Python)
- Experience with public speaking and triaging complex customer queries
