Job Summary

Develop and maintain KOL Engagement Plans while planning and executing National and Regional Congress Engagement Plans with senior leadership. Monitor KOL insights on treatment patterns to inform commercial strategy and act as the liaison between thought leaders and cross-functional teams for on-label activities. Manage physician speaker bureaus by recruiting, training, and evaluating speakers to ensure compliant execution of branded and unbranded education programs. Synthesize feedback from live programs to evolve promotional programming content and support marketing initiatives. Provide field-based training on speaker programs and coordinate cross-functional action plans to address customer service issues. Work with Medical Science Liaisons on complementary initiatives and align with regional field partners to support shared customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 plus years' work experience in academia, medical or bio/pharma
  • Experience in a combination of one or more of the following areas: product marketing, field sales, clinical, nurse practitioner or thought leader engagement
  • Working knowledge of Thought Leader engagement practices
  • Clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage large geographical territory
  • Must live within the assigned territory or within 150 miles of the boarder of the territory
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to travel >50% of the time including significant overnight and weekend travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (MSc, MSN, MBA)
  • Prior experience and/or relationships within the Neurology area
  • Prior experience in bio/pharma in Marketing or thought leader engagement
  • Self-driven with strong organizing and planning skills
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under short timelines
