Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and generate commercial insights across academic and community oncology settings. Lead strategic engagements, including advisory boards, congresses, and executive interactions, while synthesizing regional feedback to shape brand strategy, resource allocation, and launch planning. Manage the thought leader network, coordinate vendor partners, and ensure all activities align with GSK policies and regulatory guidelines. This role supports oncology in-line brands within the Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic regions, working closely with field vice presidents and cross-functional teams to translate scientific data into actionable business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles within pharma or biotech
- Oncology experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel 60–80%, including nights and weekends
- Experience presenting to executive audiences (live and virtual) and influencing strategic decisions or stakeholder alignment
- Experience leveraging insights to guide strategy development and proactively refine approach in response to evolving data and market dynamics
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Oncology TLL
- Master's degree
- Strong account management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Marketing and/or sales management background
- Advanced project management and organizational skills
- Proven adherence to regulatory and compliance standards with proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Ability to communicate effectively to HCPs and executives
- Experience and knowledge with technology, software and adaptability to learn new AI tools
