Job Summary
Lead daily operations for two hotel restaurants, including breakfast for guests and lunch/dinner for conference groups and tenants, while managing the building's personal restaurant. Direct staff in service quality, team development, and training; oversee staffing, roster planning, and inventory control. Manage budgets, attend operational meetings, and handle in-house sales and customer follow-up. Work primarily during daytime with occasional evening shifts as concepts expand. Report to the F&B Manager.
