Job Summary
Prepare and produce breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service while planning daily work distribution and ensuring production quality. Manage inventory control, handle IK-mat, and engage in general guest service while actively working to reduce food waste. Report to the Head of Kitchen. Requires vocational certificate or relevant experience, strong IK-mat knowledge, and flexibility for immediate start. Located in central Oslo at Thon Hotel Rosenkrantz.
