Job Summary
Prepare and produce breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service while ensuring production quality. Manage inventory and conduct stock checks, and handle general guest service. Actively work to reduce food waste and adhere to allergen (IK-mat) standards. Report directly to the head chef in a high-tempo environment.
