Third Shift Caregiver

Caregiver provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents, following the Resident Care Plan and DHS/state regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, nutrition, meals, laundry, mobility/transfers, and documentation; performing delegated tasks from RN/Management; maintaining a safe, clean environment; leading or assisting with resident activities; observing and reporting residents’ conditions and safety hazards; maintaining HIPAA-compliant handling of health information; attending mandatory trainings and meetings; and supporting resident emotional well-being. Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays; requires reliability, flexibility, and ability to work with residents having various care needs. Knowledge of DHS 83/89 regulations, OSHA/workers comp requirements, and fair housing standards is expected, with strong emphasis on safety, quality of care, and excellent attendance.
