Third Person in Charge

Oversee full store operations in the absence of Store Director/ASD, including supervising employees, training new hires, coordinating with late shift staff, and executing merchandising and loss-prevention strategies. Drive customer service excellence, manage day-to-day scheduling and staffing for the late shift, supervise ordering/receiving/stocking/pricing, develop and execute marketing/merchandising plans with key department leads, and coordinate with leadership on interviews and hiring to support store objectives. Strong communication, leadership, initiative, and organizational skills are essential to maintain store standards, safety culture, and overall store performance while guiding teams during closing shifts.
