Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact between Client Experience Specialists, Showrooms, and internal operations regarding product information, pricing, and quality issues for Third-Party Manufacturers. Process quotes, manage inquiries, and resolve client concerns to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers. Collaborate daily with third-party manufacturers to address open orders and support the sales team with territory needs while sending weekly status reports. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of luxury furnishings and textiles to expand the customer base and grow sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a luxury services environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with high-end furnishings and textiles
- Must have proven and verifiable sales success record with developing business by expanding your customer base and growing sales
- Must have a CDL

- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with members of all cross-functional departments with the utmost professionalism
- Promote respect and trust amongst peers and management
- Ability to work with an ERP and CRM system
- Strong PC skills-Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outlook, Navison, Google Applications
- Furniture Industry knowledge is a plus
