Job Summary
Oversee delivery of large, complex customer projects spanning multiple regions, managing high-risk initiatives with intricate legal and commercial considerations. Lead business development by identifying and cultivating new opportunities, while managing client relationships at the upper level as the organization's representative. Assume responsibility for project financials, including profit and loss, ensuring budgets are met and forecasts are delivered to management. Head the project team of fewer than 40 individuals, overseeing internal and external resources while fostering skill development. Prioritize multiple simultaneous projects to align with customer schedules and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to reflect customer needs. Ensure key performance indicators are set and reported against program objectives, applying advanced subject matter knowledge to resolve business issues and establish policies.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, HP global projects, or a related field
