Third Party Risk, Specialist

Develop and maintain Vanguard's third-party operational risk methodology, including continuous review, benchmarking, and best practice sharing. Draft and update risk management policies, standards, and procedures while conducting initial assessments to identify issues and escalate them as needed. Serve as the primary contact for internal partners, coordinate oversight activities, and facilitate training sessions to build organizational capability. Support the development of risk metrics and reporting, ensure accurate documentation retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to risk technologies.
