Third-Party Risk Manager – CRO Non-Financial Risk 100% (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Lead and support the global rollout of the Group’s third-party risk management framework, define business use cases and functional requirements for IT implementations and AI-enabled solutions, and assist in portfolio risk assessments, control monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Compile and present quantitative and qualitative reporting for committees and stakeholders; maintain central documentation and develop training materials to ensure consistent adoption across locations. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, perform quality checks on resolution strategies, and drive timely follow-up of action items and incidents within a global, second-line risk function. Requires a university degree (economics/law), 3-5+ years of non-financial risk management experience, familiarity with outsourcing/third-party risk regulations, and proficiency with ServiceNow; strong communication, presentation, and English/German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics/law)
- Broad and practical experience in non-financial risk management, with a minimum of 3-5 years within management consulting or accounting/law firm
- Sound knowledge of outsourcing/third party risk regulations and industry best practices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and IT service management workflows
- Ability to formulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and AI use cases within TPRM applications
- Strong analytical and project delivery capabilities
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
