Job Summary
Third Party Risk Management Support at KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) in Kingston (1 Year Temp). Support the US Third Party Risk Management Entity Clearance team by assisting with onboarding and due diligence screenings of third-party entities, ensuring supplier compliance throughout the lifecycle, guiding stakeholders through clearance, ongoing monitoring, re-certification, and termination processes, and serving as a subkey point of contact. Deliver ongoing training, review and update process documentation, and maintain audit-ready records using ServiceNow, OneTrust, SharePoint, and Coupa. Must have strong communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills to drive timely risk assessments, independence evaluations, background checks, corporate registration verification, and PCAOB status validation, while collaborating with internal teams and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two years of experience in a general risk, compliance, IT, legal role
- Preferably with prior experience with Third Party Risk Management or eGRC systems
