Third Party Risk Management Analyst

Job Summary
Identify, measure, and report operational and third-party risk management risks while supporting onboarding due diligence and vendor evaluation. Execute end-to-end issue management for third-party matters and maintain current risk documentation within the Third-Party Risk Management Software System. Consult with business leaders to manage change, oversee process improvement projects, and provide subject matter expertise on risk components. Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to deliver training materials, review contracts for required terms, and enforce vendor termination procedures. Continuously refine the Third-Party Risk Management Program in alignment with emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and evolving industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in risk management, privacy operations, incident management, compliance operations, or a related field

- Certification in privacy, risk management, compliance, or information governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers and employees
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Ability to extract and transform data from multiple compliance systems and databases for reporting purposes
- Subject matter expertise with the ability to develop relevant training content
- Ability to deliver training effectively across the organization
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization with a tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to promote an inclusive team culture by valuing different ideas and perspectives
