Third Party Review (TPR) Analyst - Quality Assurance

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive reviews of eligibility case processing using State-approved methodologies and tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with State and Federal policies. Complete daily scoring and documentation across administered programs while interpreting complex policy requirements. Provide individualized coaching to eligibility staff through scheduled phone sessions and live training presentations to reinforce adherence and correct errors. Perform interview observations as a silent participant to assess procedural and customer interaction standards, followed by structured feedback. Collaborate with the Program Management Team to address quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and deliver actionable reporting on review outcomes and performance metrics. Support special projects and initiatives aligned with program goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of Public Assistance (SNAP, TANF & Medicaid)
- Knowledge of Federal and State of Indiana Social Services programs and systems (SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid, and IEDSS)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research State and Federal Policy
- Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work remote and independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Personal organization skills
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
