Job Summary
As a 3PO Industrialization Specialist, you will guide innovation projects from early scouting to final industrialization in collaboration with various departments. Responsibilities include comparing in-house versus outsourced scenarios, supporting partner selection, coordinating on-site activities, and sharing learnings to enhance Know-How. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering, relevant operational experience, ability to communicate effectively, and strong understanding of operations cross-functionally.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related field (Production or Supply Chain)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations or Technical/R&D roles
- Experience in Industrial functions such as production management, operational development, or technical product development
- Clear communication in English
- Ability to influence decisions with facts
- Understanding of key Operations cost drivers
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety
