Job Summary
Oversee and manage Raytheon’s Third-Party Logistics (3PL) supplier logistics execution in the Northeast Region from the Manchester, NH site. Act as primary liaison between 3PL and Raytheon, driving lean process improvements for inbound, picking/packing, and outbound customer processes, ensuring contract compliance and KPI alignment. Lead complex outbound deliveries, coordinate and manage outbound customer orders, and collaborate with Raytheon factory and program offices to meet contractual obligations. Demonstrate leadership across levels of the organization and communicate effectively with both frontline staff and senior leadership in both Raytheon and the 3PL.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum three (3) years' experience
- Experience working within a factory, warehouse or in a Third-Party Logistics environment
- Experience in leadership or management
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

- Data analytics experience
- SAP/WMS/ERP knowledge
- Domestic/International shipping experience
- DFAR/ITAR/DD-250/AS9100 experience
- WAAF/PIEE/SIR experience
- Experience in aerospace/defense industry
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
