Third Party Agreements Manager - Fens Reservoir

Client-side role supporting the TPA programme for Anglian Water's Fens and Lincolnshire Reservoirs. You will identify and manage technical and commercial matters arising from Statutory Undertakers, translating them into provisions of the draft DCO application and Third-Party Agreements, and ensuring their implementation across the delivery programme. You’ll develop and maintain links with Statutory Undertakers, oversee and coordinate the completion of legal agreements and side agreements, and act as the client representative in the delivery of the TPA programme, commitments, and assurances. You will ensure adherence to the TPA Management Plan, manage actions arising from Technical Working Groups and stakeholder meetings, maintain trackers and registers, and support budget tracking and reporting. The role requires coordinating with the DCO Legal Lead, Stakeholder Team, and internal delivery units to integrate technical and commercial requirements into agreements and protective provisions. You should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in major infrastructure projects and a willingness to travel; driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
