Job Summary
Deliver developmentally appropriate third-grade instruction and design curriculum that aligns with observations and goals for individual children. Maintain a classroom culture with high expectations and collaborate with faculty and leadership to review student data for instructional refinement. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, share best practices with colleagues, and ensure an organized, attractive, and safe classroom environment while engaging students respectfully and striving for college preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
- Valid OH teaching certificate/license or in process of obtaining a valid OH teaching certificate/license in subject area to be taught
- Highly qualified in content area
- Uses data to drive instruction
- Receptive to feedback and desire to grow professionally
- Has the work ethic and desire to go above and beyond
- Highly organized
