Job Summary
Organize buffets and grab-and-go stations by pulling ingredients, preparing vegetables, salads, and raw meats, and grilling or frying dishes under supervision. Replenish dining areas and cafe supplies, perform deep cleaning of galley work areas and equipment, and assist the storekeeper with unpackaging provisions. Maintain chillers and freezers while ensuring all cooking ranges, ovens, and utensils are clean and ready for use. Work a rotational schedule of 30 days on/15 days off at Company vessels near Squamish, BC, with an average hourly wage of $CAD 20.50 to 21.50. Requires a culinary diploma or 1+ years in a high-volume kitchen, plus a negative drug and alcohol screen and marine medical exam.
Required Qualifications
