Thin Films Deposition Production Specialist S3

Perform deposition and optical coating processes in chambers, cleaning optics, source preparation, and deposition of coatings. Conduct photolithography, measurements, defect mapping, and cross-functional coordination to track work-in-progress, move production, and address issues. Execute critical metrology such as spectral evaluation, metal thickness, and wafer flatness; update documentation and logs. Coordinate with process engineering or management to resolve production problems and train or cross-train colleagues as required. Requires 1st shift, onsite in Goleta, CA, with eligibility to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
