Job Summary
Complete work as assigned according to process sheet instructions for Photolithography, eBeam Deposition, Wet Etch Strip, or Etch on microelectronic parts. Test work results, document parameters in FileMaker software, and inspect parts dimensionally against customer requirements. Perform routine machine maintenance, prepare production equipment, and maintain an organized work area while following all safety protocols. Identify and solve problems in assigned projects, support R&D testing projects, and cross-train in other areas. Work independently with little supervision on a 4-day schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, boot covering, and gloves while working
- Must have previous experience working in a similar environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- May be a certified trainer
- Ability to identify problems in assigned projects and proactively solve them
- Support training needs and R&D / testing projects led by Engineering department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate high levels of precision and accuracy
- Thin Film lead operator on one production area/piece of equipment
- Works with little supervision
- Initiative on projects
- Ability to complete complex tasks
- Own sub-projects
