Job Summary
Execute photolithography, eBeam deposition, and wet etch strip processes on microelectronic parts while adhering to pre-established process sheets to maintain lot integrity. Test work results, document part parameters in FileMaker software, and inspect dimensions against customer requirements using a router. Perform routine machine maintenance, equipment preparation, and keep the work area organized. Identify and proactively solve problems in assigned projects, support R&D and testing projects led by Engineering, and cross-train as requested. Work independently with little supervision, maintaining high precision and accuracy in a tightly controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, boot covering, and gloves while working
- Must have previous experience working in a similar environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- May be a certified trainer
- Ability to identify problems in assigned projects and proactively solve them
- Support training needs and R&D / testing projects led by Engineering department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate high levels of precision and accuracy
- Thin Film lead operator on one production area/piece of equipment
- Works with little supervision
- Initiative on projects
- Ability to complete complex tasks
- Own sub-projects
