Thesis Atlas scale down

Movu Robotics is seeking a motivated thesis student to work on scaling the 4‐way Shuttle concepts (Movu Atlas to Movu Escala) from 1500 kg down to 45 kg, starting from the Atlas shuttle and delivering a 1:1 cost/capability comparison with the Escala. You will develop, validate, and improve innovative automation and robotics solutions within an industrial automation context, focusing on mechanical and product development tasks, with strong emphasis on hands-on problem-solving and practical design iteration. The role includes hands-on mechanical and electrical engineering work, contributing to industrial automation and robotics product development, and collaborating with small, ambitious teams. The position offers a young, enthusiastic environment with opportunities to take initiatives and provides both Lokeren office and satellite Berchem (Antwerp) office as working locations.
