Job Summary
Install preformed and extruded thermoplastic pavement markings by operating melting kettles and application equipment. Prepare surfaces through cleaning and layout, then measure and apply crosswalks, stop bars, arrows, legends, and lane lines according to plans. Maintain proper thermoplastic temperatures and thickness while performing daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Assist with traffic control setup and removal, and follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule, lifting 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel for overnight work.
