Thermoforming Technician

Operate thermoplastic molding machines to shape plastic sheets into various products, monitoring temperature, pressure, and speed settings for consistent output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, including cleaning molds, replacing worn parts, and adjusting calibration. Document production metrics and quality control results in daily logs. Work a full-time schedule with occasional overtime as needed to meet production targets.
