Job Summary

Hiring Thermoforming/Extrusion Operators for night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires 2+ years in plastics with thermoforming experience and mechanical skills. Offers weekly pay and benefits, including 401(k) and bonuses.

Required Qualifications

2+ years manufacturing experience in plastics
Thermoforming experience required; extrusion experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour night shifts

Desired Qualifications

Leadership, training, or mentorship experience
Automation experience (DJS, Agar, Illig, Ilsemann)
Technical associate certificate or relevant technical training

Additional Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
