Job Summary
Draft comprehensive Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals and precise Sequence of Operations documents for advanced thermal management infrastructure. Analyze heat transfer components and refrigeration systems to translate complex engineering designs into accurate, user-facing support materials. Lead the drafting, editing, and continuous improvement of technical documentation while developing standardized engineering submittal packages for customer approval. Independently develop project reports and maintain visibility over timelines using collaborative platforms. Collaborate with R&D teams to extract specifications and utilize in-house tools for product optimization. Requires Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in mechanical engineering or refrigeration. Full-time, remote US position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, thermal management, HVAC, or a related field
- Theoretical Refrigeration (Essential): Extensive foundational knowledge of refrigeration cycles, heat transfer, and energy conversion systems
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to independently master new engineering specifications, product updates, or internal platforms and rapidly apply them to active documentation projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to gather information
- Rigorous commitment to documentation accuracy and clarity

Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related thermal sciences field
- Deep familiarity with single-phase and two-phase heat transfer mechanisms
- Functional knowledge of modern data center cooling topologies, including direct-to-chip liquid cooling, immersion systems, and liquid-to-air and liquid-to-liquid heat rejection
