Thermal Management - Product Offering Engineer (SEA+NA)

Define and manage product lines within the Thermal Management portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional technology and business roadmaps. Manage the Product Configurator for standard products and Engineer to Order processes for non-standard items. Provide technical assistance and on-site customer support as needed. Lead cross-functional coordination on product launches and events while driving cost reduction and optimization initiatives. Analyze quote activity to forecast product demand, conduct price and margin analysis, and track industry trends to identify market opportunities. Oversee product demand analysis and new product development initiatives, keeping the configuration, C1, and rating systems current.
