Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit monthly and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Compensation reaches up to $80/hour, supported by a dedicated success manager and reimbursement for state licensure expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
