Job Summary
Prepare treatment areas, gather equipment and materials, and perform procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist while executing a high standard of clinical excellence and maintaining 5-star customer service. Collaborate with the team to support patient care and receive mentorship through Spear's award-winning Future Leaders Program. - Ability to routinely load 5-35 pounds from waist to shoulder

- Ability to routinely carry 5-10# for 40-50'
- Ability to routinely push 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
- Ability to routinely sustain a grip for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
