Therapy Technician

Teach and reinforce independent living skills while supporting individuals in achieving personalized goals through one-on-one and small group training. Help participants develop social, communication, community, and daily living skills by modeling positive behaviors and encouraging client success. Collect and document progress data accurately, assist with community integration activities and outings, and transport participants safely to and from services. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment while working collaboratively with Developmental Specialists.
