Therapy Technical Consultant

Develop and execute a regional strategy to establish and expand new therapies, such as the Breast Surgery area, by identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and long-term growth potential. Build a strong understanding of the therapy landscape, including procedure types, treatment pathways, hospital potential, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement considerations. Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical leaders, hospital management, and other stakeholders to support therapy adoption and long-term collaboration. Provide clinical and technical support for innovative surgery procedures using Medtronic surgical solutions and disposable instruments. Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders to support education, advocacy, and therapy expansion. Analyze market dynamics, procedure volumes, and competitive activity to translate insights into clear actions supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. Partner closely with sales, marketing, and medical education teams to implement customer engagement plans and educational initiatives. Requires approximately 70% travel across the assigned territory in Poland, including Dolnośląskie, Opolskie, Śląskie, Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, Podlaskie, and Lubuskie.
