Therapy Tech - Inpatient Rehab

Assist the Rehab staff with patient care and support clinicians in delivering delegated tasks while ensuring patient safety. Maintain cleanliness of the therapy area and equipment, monitor the timing of certain treatments, sanitize equipment per infection control policies, and assist with daily administrative and supply tasks such as ordering, stocking, and department tracking. Supports the therapy team by providing unskilled components of care (environment setup, CPM fitting, second assist as directed) and ensures the environment remains organized and compliant with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
