Job Summary
Provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, and administer skilled therapy while monitoring patient response. Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians; support staff development and performance management. Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and drive continuous quality improvement. Requires current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP with at least three years of discipline-specific experience. BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP
- BLS (CPR)
- Minimum three years discipline-specific experience
Desired Qualifications
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification
- Leadership experience
