Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, serving as an integral member of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and connecting with families. Deliver these services in clients' homes or community-based locations, utilizing paid training if no prior experience exists. Commit to a minimum six-month term with flexible, part-time hours and same-day pay access. Enjoy autonomy in case selection, career advancement support through BCBA partnerships, and opportunities for fellowship and internship hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience
- Compassion
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
